Movement re-training is one of the most challenging tasks we have as sports physical therapists. What works for some patients may not work for others. So how can we help "change" faulty or inadequate movement? What type of external feedback can we give to assist our athletic patients to cut with improved trunk, hip, knee, and ankle alignment?
